Meaning of 'Not Certified by JUM"

Question

IT IS NOT CERTIFIED BY JUM....does this mean its haraam ?? If other association certified it then?? if you ask few people in mru they will tell you jum is the best and strong ...other will tell you that HRC is more good and others j.mosque .....so i wanna ask jum isnt we should have trust in the other association? HRC said that all these association are good and doing their best to serve the muslimsin mru ....so whats jum opinion on that ?? isnt we should have a broad shoulder on that? because i dont think that all these three association will purposely give a certicate or certified something which is haraam......well sometimes they happen err but with deep research i see they will take out their certificate etc ...whats jum opinion on this??? well we know that if we got doubt, even if its certified ..we should just avoid it .....and yes if a restau or shop are certified by an association ,i dont think so that they will look for another one ..maybe they will be 2 3 restau that gt 2 certificate .bt its rare ....should we trust or not?? can we have a clear answer and explanation with jum???
