Based on answer 795...if so..then why is it we need only 2 days per week for in and out guesh? Once in a month? Minimum 4 month in our life?..here its said because for our islaah-e- nafs? How come its jaaiz for us and not them? Are we not chosing what we feel good?i

The days of gasht can b changed. Likewise there are no specific days for going in jamat. It is not done as a custom.
