You see, various people use Tawriya in everyday speech... and we can't even trust such people as we do not know whether they mean what they say!

Answer

Tawriyah is only permissible in dire necessity to save one's life and also to limit and ease intensive inconveniences. This is a general rule but every case should be analysed according to it's merits.
