Assalamualaikum, Is it permissible to touch Amma parah without wudhu? Also kindly inform wether the ruling may differ for the school student who are in grade six, ( not all but many girls have menstruated ) Jazakumullah for the guidance.

Wa alaikumus salaam It is not permissible to touch Quran or a part of it without wudhu. This rule is applicable to everyone, whether student or not. Although it is not compulsory on children that have not reached the age of maturity according to Shariah, but it is still recommended to teach them the respect of Quran paak from their childhood.
