My question is about the late registration of nikah if somebody has already done the nikah 3 years before but could not register it at that time and now want to register it with family council will it still be possible to get the certificate from the council?

Assalamualaikum warahmatullah, This query should be addressed to the Muslim Family Council(MFC) itself as JUM and MFC are two seperate bodies. You can contact them on 2128667.
