Ask yourself

"Do you really love yourself?"

You can say ‘Yes” but without knowing that you do not love yourself. Because if you loved yourself, you would not have consumed things that would harm you and you would not have done things that would cause you to burn in hell.  Ask yourself the question? Who is your real enemy? Now, if you don't like yourself, how can you expect people to love you? Learn to love yourself by living according to the commandment of your Creator.

"Undoudtedly Allah does not oppress people in the least, but people oppress their own selves." (S 10: V44)
