A way out

Someone asked Hazrat Fuzail Bin Iyaadh (Rahmatullahi alayh): "What is the way out of our difficult situation?"

Hazrat Fuzail (Rahmatullahi alayh): "Tell me, a person who obeys Allah Ta'ala, can the disobedience of someone harm him?" The person said no. Hazrat Fuzail Bin Iyaadh (Rahmatullahi alayh) asked him another question: "And can the obedience of a person be beneficial for someone who is in disobedience?" The person said no. Hazrat Fuzail Bin Iyaadh (Rahmatullahi alayh) said: "Here is the way out if you want a way out. That is, the way out of all difficulties is obedience to Allah Ta'ala. "
