Ibaadah according to the Sunnah - the true love for Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam)

True love for Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) lies in following Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam). The more a person has love for Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam), the more he will follow the Sunnah of Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam).

An Ibaadah is valid when it contains sincerity. But sincerity alone does not suffice. It must be done according to the Sunnah of Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam). And this applies to all Ibaadah. An Ibaadah or a practice may seem very nice but it will not be acceptable by Allah Ta'ala as long as one does not perform it according to the principles and the Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam). Thus, true love for Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) is not in the declaration of love for Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) but rather in following his principles and his Sunnah. Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:

"The one who loves my Sunnah, loves me and the one who loves me will be with me in Jannah."
