Anger

The heart is similar to a fortress. And Shaitaan is an enemy who wants to enter this fortress at all costs. That is why Insaan must always guard the paths and ways that Shaitaan uses to attack the heart. One of the ways that Shaitaan uses to attack the heart is anger. When a person is angry, Shaitaan plays with him just as a child plays with a ball. A person must control his anger and must not become a ball in the feet of Shaitaan. Just as anger is harmful for spiritual health, it is harmful for physical health also. There is a difference between getting angry and expressing anger. To be angry is something automatic/usual and involuntary. Thus, this is not forbidden because it is not within the control of a person. What is forbidden is to express one's anger, that is, one must not act under the influence of anger. At the time of anger, it is recommended to drink water. If one is standing, one should sit and if one is sitting, one should lie down.
