The need to do Khutbah in another language besides Arabic?

There is no need to change the structure of Khutbah. What problem can arise by keeping it in the Arabic language? Without doubt, there is no problem. If an Ibaadah can be done in accordance with the principle and the Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam), then why should one change it and do it in another way? It is a way to be in conflict with the Mubarak Tareeqah of Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam). Thus there is no proof that can be presented to sacrife the structure that was established by Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) and which has been practiced ever since. As for the pretext that one must convey the message in a language that people understand, it is a futile pretext. This can be applied for ordinary speeches but not for the Khutbah of Jummah. This factor is not important to the extent that it may be considered to the detriment of the structure that has been established by Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) and has been practiced by the entire Ummah ever since.

The goal of delivering a specific message can be achieved by giving a speech before the Khutbah. Such a speech existed at the time of Hazrat 'Umar (Radiyallahu Anhu). Thus, it is a speech which conforms and is acceptable in the Shariah. It is very abnormal and strange to choose and adopt a way which goes against the Sunnah in the presence of a way which is within the confines of the Sunnah to convey this message. We do not understand why a person should desire impure or dubious water when he has Zamzam water in his possession. It seems to be a person who is allergic to good/pure things merely due to his fantasies.
