Allah - the best boss

A worker or an employee feels secure when he works in a high-career institution or department, especially, when he has a good boss.

The one who leads his life in the obedience of Allah Ta’ala, must feel more secure than anyone else because the pay that he receives here, cannot be given by anyone. Here, his pay starts as from ten for one. That is, for every good deed that he does, he gets ten times more rewards. If he spends one rupee, he receives ten rupees as reward. This is amplified up to seven hundred times also and sometimes, he can even receive up to 2 million also for merely one rupee that he spends. Finally, his reward is so immense that calculators also fail to count because no one can calculate it. Thus, Allah Ta’ala Himself takes the responsibility to reward him.

Here, you receive the fruit of what you have done. No one can outdo you. Therefore, there is no pressure, no depression and no tension. You do not need to claim your right to get it. You receive your right without claiming it, and you receive what you have forgotten also.

Here, the colour of your skin or your height or your size is not taken into consideration. Your place of residence, your native language or your name is not important. Here, there is one requirement only that is acceptable and it is sincerity.

Here, your boss is Allah Ta’ala. He is so kind and generous that he is called Al-Kareem. He is called Al-Kareem because He grants you without you deserving, yet without penalising the one who deserves, without surpassing someone and without siding with anyone. He is Al-Kareem because He gives without you asking. He is Al-Kareem because He gives you more than what you have asked. He is Al-Kareem because He gives a quantity that cannot be counted. He is Al-Kareem because He grants you without you expecting. He is Al-Kareem because He converts your evil deeds into good deeds when you ask Him for forgiveness sincerely.

“O Allah! Honour us by granting us Taqwa (obedience to Allah Ta’ala) and forgive us by Your grace and your favour.”
