Alive in Qabr
Our beloved Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) is alive in his Qabr. Hazrat Anas (Radiyallahu Anhu) reported that Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:
"The Prophets are alive in their Qabr ..."
It is a Hadith which is reported by Al Baihaqui, Allaamah As-Subki and Abu Ya'la and it is an authentic Hadith.
When a person makes Salaam by the Qabr of Nabi (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam), he hears his Salaam and when a person makes Salaam from far, the angels convey it to Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam). According to a Hadith found in Musnad Ahmad and Mustadrak, Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:
"...Issa, the son of Mariam (Alaihas Salaam) will come to my Qabr and make Salaam to me. No doubt I will reply to him."
This Hadith is also a solid and an authentic Hadith. Being alive in Qabr is not impossible because the Creator, who keeps fish alive in water and keeps human beings alive on earth, has the ability to keep His privileged servants - the Prophets - alive under the ground in their Qabr. Nothing is impossible or difficult for Allah Ta’ala.
