THE FIVE KALIMAH, IMAAN MUJMAL AND IMAAN MUFASSAL

The five Kalimah, Imaan Mujmal and Imaan Mufassal that children use to recite in Maktab, have great importance and signification. They are derived from several Aayaat of the Qur’an and several Hadith. It is a mistake to say that they do not have any importance and that it is not worth making the children recite them like parrots. The reason is simple and clear: They enclose the principal Aqeedah (beliefs and conceptions) of Islam. From here, we will agree to the fact that in addition to the recitation, it would be good to give a brief explanation of the precious messages that are contained in these Kalimah to the children.
