Al Kareem

Kareem is derived from Karam which has several meanings such as dignity, nobility, generosity, prestige, etc. There is no doubt that Allah Ta'ala is the very source of all this. Allah Ta'ala is praiseworthy. He is noble. He is generous. So Allah Ta'ala is Al-Kareem. Any value, dignity and prestige that a person may possess in any way and measure and dimension, is due to the favour of Allah Ta'ala.

Allah Ta'ala is Al-Kareem because He gives abundantly and that too without asking for it. He is Al-Kareem because He gives you more than what you asked for and better than what you asked for. Allah Ta'ala is Al-Kareem because He even gives food to those who disobey Him. He gives food to those who criticize Him and speak badly of Him. He is Al-Kareem because He does not return those who extend their hands to Him empty-handed. He forgives the greatest sin and the greatest sinner also despite having the power and the ability to punish whoever He wishes without anyone being able to stop Him. His treasure does not decrease even after fulfilling the necessity and the need of everyone. It is a treasure that will never exhaust nor diminish a little also.

Someone who wants true dignity should connect himself to Al-Kareem. This can only be achieved in one way: by executing the commandments of Al-Kareem through following the Mubarak Tareeqah of our beloved NabiSallallaahuAlaihiWasallam. The degree of dignity and nobility of a person will depend on the degree of his obedience to Allah Ta'ala, Al-Kareem.

إن أكرمكم عند ٱلله أتقكم

"... The most noble among you, by Allah, is the one who is more Muttaqi (who is more serious in Deen) ..."
