- APPLICATION FOR HALAL CERTIFICATE
ASSASSINATION
"Whoever purposely murders a Mu'min (while regarding his act as a permissible act), his punishment shall be Jahannam where he shall live forever (as long as Allah Ta'ala wills). Allah Ta'ala shall be angry with him, curse him and prepare for him a dreadful (mighty) punishment." (4:93)
HADITH
“It is not lawful to shed the blood of a Muslim attesting that there is no other divinity than Allah (Laa Ilaaha-il-lal-lah) and that I am his Messenger (Muhammadur-Rasulullah (Sallallaahu A'laihi Wasallam)) except in three cases: (that of retaliation) life for life; that of the one who commits the crime of Zina, and that of the apostate who abandons the (Muslim) community."
