GHUSAL AND NAMAAZ JANAAZAH

Islam commands us to give a deceased Muslim one last bath before wrapping him in the shroud, to perform the Namaz Janaazah and to bury him.

This obligation is Farz Kifaayah on the Muslim community, that is, if a group of people fulfils it, the rest of the community is absolved of this responsibility. This practice applies to a Muslim who was executed regardless of the crime he may have committed.
