HADITH ON GUARDING ONE'S TONGUE

"He who guards his tongue, Allah Ta'ala will conceal his faults. He who suppresses his anger, Allah will protect him from His punishments on the Day of Qiyamah. He who seeks forgiveness from Allah Ta'ala, Allah Ta'ala will grant him forgiveness." (Mishkaat)
