Following Deen based on trust

People have always followed the Deen based on trust. Very few people have done their own research in regards to all minute details of Deen. The greatest majority of people follow Deen without knowing its proof. There are those who practice Deen merely by looking at others. There are those who practice Deen on the trust of a certain individual or a certain group. There are also those who claim to know the proofs but in reality, it is merely a false pretension. In reality, this group also follows another person or group whom they trust blindly. Therefore, directly or indirectly everyone is practicing Deen by following someone whom he trusts.

If people have chosen to follow Imam Abu Hanifah (Rahmatullahi alayh), Imam Malik (Rahmatullahi alayh), Imam Shaafi'i (Rahmatullahi alayh) or Imam Ahmad Bin Hambal (Rahmatullahi alayh), they have made a good choice because these people deserve to be trusted in regards to their knowledge and behaviour.

And people, who neglect these people to follow blindly a blind person who is following another blind person blindly, has without doubt, become blind and lost the right direction.
