This is terrible! This is too much!

A: Assalaamu Alaikum. How is it?

B: Wa'alaikumus salaam. Alright.

A: What are you doing? How are you practicing Deen? Are you still making Taqleed of someone or are you following the Qur’an-e-Kareem and the Hadith directly?

B: Is this something to ask? Me? I should make Taqleed? Are you mad? I am following the Qur’an-e-Kareem and the Hadith directly.

A: Do you know the Arabic language well?

B: No...

A: Alright then! I am going!

B: But I am trying my best to follow the Qur’an-e-Kareem and the Hadith.

A: How?

B: I am attending the classes of a brother who has studied abroad. I am following his explanation regarding Qur’an-e-Kareem and Hadith.

A: But I follow the explanation of Imaam Abu Hanifah (Rahmatullahi 'alayh) regarding the Qur’an-e-Kareem and the Hadith. You are allowed to follow the explanation of whomsoever of nowadays, but I am not allowed to follow the explanation of the greatest Imaam who is a Taabi'i and the greatest Faqeeh (jurist). That's terrible!

B: But Imaam Hanifah (Rahmatullahi 'alayh) said that if you see a Saheeh Hadith against my statement, then you should reject my statement and accept the Saheeh Hadith.

A: How will you know that a Hadith is Saheeh?

B: The Ulama and the Muhadditheen have researched.

A: So, you follow the Ulama. But I follow an ’Aalim who is closer to the Sahabah. Moreover, he is a Taabi'i and he has 4000 Ustaads in Hadith. He has performed several Hajj. He stayed for 6 years in Makkah and Madinah where he had met great Ulama.

You are an Insaan and I am an Insaan. You have a certain right, but I do not have this right. This is terrible! This is too much!  

B: You! One cannot argue with you.

A: Assalaamu’Alaikum. It appears that you will not understand – That is why you do things which you stop others from doing.
